Students are tentatively accepted at BBCS after an interview with the administration. The admission policy states that parents need to be active members in a Baptist church or a church of like beliefs.  Final acceptance is contingent upon the results of any required testing, the review of permanent records of the student's previous schooling, and grade placement.

Enrollment is not finalized until the following steps have been completed:

  1. Application to BBCS completed.
  2. Registration fee paid (to be paid before testing procedure begins).
  3. Any necessary testing completed.
  4. Personal interview.
  5. Student record forms completed.
  6. Photocopy of student's birth certificate on file.
  7. School Health - medical examination (K5, 5th, & 9th grades). Medical exams must be taken before school begins (Illinois Statute). A child must be 5 years old by September 1st to be allowed to enter Kindergarten. Pre-school children must be 3 years old to begin pre-school.

Tuition cost:  1st child $2,900, 2nd child $2,500, 3rd child $2,000
